Policies & Disclosure

• All reservations require a 50% deposit to secure your booking date

• Full payment is due 48 hours prior to departure

• Cancellations made 7+ days in advance receive a full refund minus processing fees

• Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability

• Weather-related cancellations initiated by Golden Sirens receive full refunds or rebooking options

• All passengers must attend a brief safety orientation before departure

• Life jackets are provided and must be accessible at all times

• Children under 12 must be supervised by adults at all times

• Swimming is permitted only when the vessel is anchored and captain gives approval

• Maximum capacity limits must be strictly observed

Golden Sirens LLC - Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

By submitting a booking request with Golden Sirens LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that boating and yachting activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, serious bodily harm, property damage, drowning, and death.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in any activities provided by or through Golden Sirens LLC, whether on board the vessel, during boarding or disembarking, or while engaging in any water-related activities.

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Golden Sirens LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, captains, crew members, affiliates, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or damages arising out of or related to injury, loss, or death.

I certify that I am physically fit to participate and that I have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation.

I agree that this waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.

By submitting this booking request, I agree to the following Code of Conduct:

• Follow all instructions provided by the captain and crew at all times
• No illegal drugs on board
• No excessive intoxication, disorderly, or unsafe conduct
• No weapons or hazardous materials
• Respect the vessel, crew, and other guests
• No unsafe behavior, including standing on railings or entering the water without authorization

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in immediate termination of the charter without refund.

• Personal information is collected only for booking and communication purposes

• We do not sell or share customer data with third parties

• Payment information is processed through secure encrypted systems

• Photos taken during charters may be used for marketing with guest permission

• Customers may request data deletion at any time
